I'm Max, a director at NexGen Commercials, and one of the things I enjoy most about my role is the customer side of the business. I really enjoy taking the time to understand what a customer has in mind and then finding a way to turn that idea into reality. There's a real sense of satisfaction in seeing a project come together and knowing you've delivered exactly what the customer wanted. One of my favourite recent jobs was for KWJ Welding & Fabrication. The customer came to me with a very specific idea, and I was able to work with them to bring their vision to life. Projects like that are what make the job so rewarding for me. Outside of work, I'm probably a bit of a workaholic, but I like to keep busy! Football is a big part of my life, and I play around three times a week. I'm also a big Chelsea supporter, so football takes up a fair bit of my spare time. I've got two kids, so spending time with them is important to me. I enjoy taking them away and making memories together, and recently we had an amazing family trip to Australia, which was a fantastic experience. Away from work and football, I enjoy live music, cooking and travelling. I'm always happiest when I've got something to look forward to, whether that's a new project at work, a football match, a trip away or simply spending time with family.

I'm Josh, Director at NexGen Commercials, where I'm passionate about helping our clients' business grow. With over 15 years of experience in the finance and vehicle industry, I take a genuinely client-first approach, helping businesses from start-ups to established firms find the right solutions to support their goals and grow sustainably. What I enjoy most is getting to know the people behind the businesses we work with. Every client has a different story, challenge and ambition, and I love finding creative ways to help them move forward. Building long-term relationships and seeing the positive impact we can have on a business is what makes the job so rewarding. When I'm not in the office battling spreadsheets and numbers, you'll usually find me making the most of family time. My favourite place? A pub garden with a play area, a cold drink and my kids keeping me busy!

I'm Taylor, a Director at NexGen Commercials. After many years in business finance, I'm excited to bring that experience into the commercial vehicle industry. I have a real drive for sales and enjoy building lasting relationships with clients across the UK. Working closely with UK SMEs has given me a strong understanding of the challenges business owners face. My focus is on helping clients source and finance the right vehicles to support their growth. Whether it's one van or an entire fleet, I aim to make the process simple and efficient. Through our trusted industry relationships, we can offer competitive vehicle pricing and tailored finance solutions. I'm passionate about delivering the honest advice and first-class service associated with the NexGen name. Outside work, my energetic two-year-old keeps me very busy. When I get some spare time, I enjoy golf, travelling and watching Manchester United play terribly.

I'm Michael Inwood, a Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant at NexGen Commercials, based at our Northampton office. I've always had a passion for the automotive industry and motorsport, making my role a great fit. I've known NexGen Director, Josh Harvey for many years, and after several years of Josh trying to poach me from my previous employment, he finally succeeded! I joined the NexGen family in June 2026. What I enjoy most about my role is building strong relationships with customers, understanding their businesses and finding the right vehicles to meet their needs. Every day brings something different, and I'm constantly learning more about the industries we work with. I'm excited to be part of the NexGen team and look forward to building relationships and growing with the business.

I'm Tamara, Sales Administrator at NexGen Commercials, based mainly in our Northampton office, although I enjoy travelling down to our Stockport office each month to spend time with the wider team. After an amazing year travelling around Australia, I returned home and joined the NexGen family in July 2025, and I haven't looked back since! My role is all about keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from supporting the sales team and managing day-to-day processes to helping customers find the right finance options. What I enjoy most about my role is the variety. No two days are the same, and I love being part of a team where everyone works together to get things done and provide the best possible experience for our customers. Knowing that my work behind the scenes helps keep everything moving makes my role really rewarding. Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my family. Life is always busy and there's never a dull moment, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

I'm Amy, a Sales Administrator at NexGen Commercials, based in our Stockport office. I support the sales team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. After recently graduating from university with a degree in Forensic Science, I've made the unexpected switch from forensics to vans! I got into the role through my dad, who has been a customer of NexGen Commercials and has known Max for around 10 years. I enjoy the variety of the job, learning something new every day and being part of a great team. Outside of work, I'm always keeping myself busy. I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with family and friends and getting out and about whenever I can. I'm also a big fan of making the most of my weekends, whether that's going out for food, catching up with friends or just doing something different. I like having a good balance between work and making time for the people and things I enjoy.
